"When I came to Christy to work one-on-one with her, I was so frustrated and confused. My main intention was to find clarity in what I wanted to do with my career. After working with Christy for just a few weeks, I received clarity on my career direction. I am now so excited about the new direction of my career and my purpose in life."
Kristen Talbot, Writer & Actress NYC, NY

Title: "Fed up with working long hours for minimum pay and doing what you don't enjoy, this Law of Attraction coach will show you how to start your own successful business.
Speaking Points:
- The latest statistic is that 80% of people working in the US hate their jobs. If you are doing something that you don't enjoy, it can be harmful to your health, your relationships, and your overall happiness.
- There is a growing need and demand for life coaches. You could make an abundance of money, work less while helping others achieve their personal, professional and financial goals.
- Ask yourself, "What am I passionate about? What are my skills and talents? Am I using my passion, skills and talents in what I am currently doing?"
Title: Life Coaching; Is it really worth it?
Speaking Points:
- Every high achiever has a coach or mentor. Tiger Woods, the greatest golfer of all times, has a coach. Oprah Winfrey, one of the most influential people of our time has a mentor. Even Bill Gates, one of the wealthiest men in the world has a mentor and coach.
- When you have a coach, you have someone that can help you reach your next level. A coach can see beyond your limitations, hold a high vision for you, help you to make a plan to get to your next level, and hold you accountable for your plan.
- The best way to find a great coach is to ask people you know who they could recommend and what results they have had with their coach.
Title: How one woman went from corporate worker bee to queen bee of life coaching.
Speaking Points:
- Like many people, I was in a job that paid me great money, I liked what I did, but I really didn't enjoy working for someone else. I felt trapped. I asked for something more.
- I started coaching clients after work and on weekends, and loved how it felt to have my clients achieve their personal, professional and financial goals. I made a plan and set my intention to leave corporate America and start my own coaching business.
- I know am the CEO and Founder of The Quantum Success Coaching Academy, a 12 month Law of Attraction certification program.

Title: Do the little moments really count? How modern moms reconnect with their teenage daughters.
Speaking Points:
- We have all heard "It's the little things that count", and it is true for little moments as well. With the fast pace world that we are in, the most precious moments that can you can spend with your daughter are the quiet moments of connection. Schedule time with your daughter for just the two of you.
- In my experience, it is the children that have quality time and connection with their parents that turn out to be the most confident, self assured, and happy. Take time to connect through seminars, time in nature, and afternoons that are devoted to fun activities.
- Honor and respect one another. Each day tell each other one thing that you appreciate about one another.
Title: Your poor body image is damaging your daughter. Relationship rescue with Life Coach, Christy Whitman
Speaking Points:
- Your daughter is learning about beauty and body image, not by what you tell her, but by how you relate to your own body. Start paying attention to your own body image. Do you feel comfortable in your own skin?
- "Ugh! My hair is ugly. My thighs are humongous. My nose is too big and my skin is always breaking out. I hate the way look." If you find yourself saying or thinking anything that resembles these words STOP and do not proceed to go! Whether it's a one-time thing or every day, these kinds of thoughts aren't helping you-and are harming your daughter! Replace those thoughts with statements of appreciation and gratitude about your body.
- Write down what is positive about you, and read this list every day. Encourage your daughter to do the same.
Title: Are boyfriends, friends and the media ruining your relationship with your daughter? This expert says no.
Expert: Christy Whitman, Founder and CEO of the Mother Daughter Empowerment Summit
Speaking Points:
- The relationship you have with your daughter is the single biggest influence in her life. Not spending quality time with her will make or break your connection with her and the positive or negative choices she makes.
- The average mother spends 17 minutes per day with her daughter. That is 40% less than a generation ago. It is no wonder that one in three girls think about suicide once in a 3 week period, or that 3/10 teenage girls become pregnant by the time they reach age 20, or every day 1,000 adolescents begin drinking and 500 begin using drugs.
- In order to reconnect with her and make a positive influence on her life, you need to make time to cultivate your relationship. Schedule time with her each day and special time on the weekends to reconnect.

Title: Is your daughter your biggest competitor?
Speaking Points:
- Do you find yourself judging yourself because you aren't as beautiful as your daughter? Do you find yourself resentful because your husband adores your daughter? Do you find yourself saying harsh things to your daughter and you don't mean to? You could be competing with your daughter and this is detrimental to your relationship and both of your self confidence.
- Realize that your daughter is pushing buttons in you because you don't feel enough. Your work begins within you.
- Create your own mantra, start by describing your positive qualities, what you love, or how you want to be. Once you've come up with your mantra, repeat it out loud when you look in the mirror in the morning, and say it silently throughout the day. Myra's Mantra: "I am fast and strong."
Title: What your mom never taught you about hormones, the heart and happiness.
Title: Your daughter is obsessed with her looks: Is Hollywood to blame, or are you, Mom?
Speaking Points:
- You are the biggest influence on your daughter's self-esteem. If you have a poor body image, your daughter will too. She doesn't listen to your words, but what you do on a daily basis. Beat yourself up, and your daughter will beat herself up too.
- Start changing your body image and your obsessive need to be perfect. Start by accepting your self and your body just as it is today. Write a list of all the qualities and characteristics that you appreciate about yourself and your body.
- Let's get one thing straight, you are not your looks. You are far more than the eye can see. You are not your culture. You are not your history. You are not your quirks. You are not your talents. You are not your goals and accomplishments. You are not your relationships. You are your spirit.

Title: How to find your ideal partner without a dating service or personal ad.
Speaking Points:
- So many people are trying to find their ideal partners and using dating services and personal ads and are coming up short. Working with the Law of Attraction, you first have to get clear about the type of person you want. Write out a list of characteristics you want in a person.
- Figure out why you want this person in your life. What feeling do you hope you will have once you find this person? Start feeling those feelings right now.
- Identify what beliefs you have about finding your ideal partner. If you believe "There are no good single men or women out there" or "All the good one's are taken" you won't attract your ideal partner, because you are believing in lack. You attract from your beliefs.
