Years ago I wrote down all the things that I wanted to be, do and have in my life. One of those desires was to have a baby. I had dreamed of being a mom all my life.
 I was 30 and had just gotten married. My former partner and I tried and tried, but we were left disappointed and heartbroken (at least I was) that it was just not happening for us. I thought many times that I was pregnant (woman’s intuition), but it turned out to be a false alarm, which led to more disappointment and despair.
I started to give up on the life-long dream of having a baby. He admitted to me that he did not want to have another child (he had one from a previous marriage). So the decision was made for him to get a vasectomy. That dream had died.
Our connection kept growing farther and farther from what I considered to be my ideal relationship. I got really clear on what I wanted in my ideal partner and my ideal relationship. This was not it. The Law of Attraction took care of the vibrational difference between us and the relationship came to an end.
After a short period of time, and wonderful and amazing Law of Attraction success stories later, I met the man I am now married to, Frederic. He is the man that has every quality on my list of what I want in a partner and a relationship.
When I met Frederic, the dream of becoming a mom was renewed. He was definitely the man that I wanted to create a family with. Just a few months after we started “trying”, I found out that I am pregnant.
YES!!! I am pregnant! We are having a baby!!!
This whole process made me think about how manifestation sometimes happens. My heart and soul wanted to become a mom, but my higher self knew that the conditions to have a child in my previous relationship were not ideal. So it did not happen for me at the time. It was hard with tons of struggle, and this was so easy!
The desires that I wrote down years ago are now coming true.
Many times we think that we want something and if it doesn’t happen in the way we picture it, or the exact timing that we want it, we get disappointed or even go to doubt.
There is another law in the universe called the Law of Gestation. This law is that everything whether it is a flower, a carrot, a job, a baby, . . . has its growth process. It has its own timing. A baby takes 9 months, period.
Being pregnant has really given me a different perspective on creating. Inside my body I am creating a whole different being. The funny thing is that I can do my part (nutrition, exercise, proper sleep, etc.) but this baby is doing amazing and miraculous things by itself every minute of every day. I just have to allow the process to take place. Even though I want to see and hold the baby now, it still is going to take the 9 month gestation process for me to experience the creation. I have to trust and allow the process to take place.
Our manifestations are like that. 99.9% of the manifestation takes place before we see the evidence of it.
Years ago, I set an intention to be a mom, it took me 8 years, but that dream is finally happening and with the perfect dad for this amazing being.
Be patient with what you want to create in your life. Sometimes it feels like some things are never going to manifest because they are taking what seems like forever. Trust that your manifestation is already in the process of coming to you. You just haven’t seen the evidence of it yet.
