Stepping Into Abundance Consciousness

Stepping Into Abundance Consciousness

Having plenty of time, free-flowing money, fulfilling relationships, creative ideas that flow easily… these are all manifestations of abundance.  And all of these experiences are possible for someone who has abundance consciousness.

What is abundance consciousness?

Most people have collapsed the concept of abundance with the specific condition of having plenty of money.  But true abundance encompasses far more than only material possessions or luxuries.  Satisfaction, fulfillment, joy, ease, happiness, creativity, compassion, freedom, love and well-being… these are all expressions of the essential, internal energy of abundance.  When we deliberately cultivate this energy within ourselves, the external manifestations of abundance flow more easily into our lives.

Abundance consciousness is our birthright.  It is our divine design.  Because there is no end to the universe we live in, there is no end to the possibilities that we can create for ourselves or our lives.

This means there is no end – literally an unlimited supply – of the amount of love, prosperity, joy, adventure, clarity, or joy we can experience.  It’s just a matter of how much of that abundance we allow ourselves to claim.

Here are just a few scientific facts about the abundant universe you were born into:

  • There is so much water combined in the world’s oceans that if you poured it over the United States, it would cover the entire land ninety miles deep.

  • In the next sixty seconds alone, the sun will generate enough solar power to fill the energy needs of our entire planet for a year.

  • There are over 200 billion stars in the Milky Way galaxy, which is just one in hundreds of millions of galaxies.

The concept of lack doesn’t exist anywhere in nature.  The experience of lack is created in our perception.  How we choose to tune our perception determines our experience of reality.

And so, if you’re perceiving the lack of something you desire, you’ll block yourself from seeing evidence of its abundance.  For example:

  • You cannot hold the perspective that you have a shortage of money and in the same moment manifest prosperity.
  • You can’t perceive a lack of love in your life and attract more love.
  • You can’t perceive the world as a hostile place and attract demonstrations of harmony and goodwill.

You see, most of us perceive that who we are, what we have, and what we’re doing is not enough. When we look at ourselves and our lives, we focus more on what’s missing than on our many blessings.  But, if your perception is that you don’t have enough, you will continue to attract the experience of “not enough.”  Remember, the Law of Attraction brings you evidence of what you’re sending out – whether you want it or not.

When our consciousness is aligned with universal abundance, we realize that we are more than enough.  In this moment, we are perfect, whole and complete just as we are.

If you take a step back, you’ll quickly see that you have far more sufficiency than lack in your life.   You have plenty more to feel satisfied about than to be dissatisfied about.  You have far more reasons to feel good than to feel bad.

With just a simple adjustment of focus, you can step into abundance consciousness.   Here are 3 steps for shifting your perspective, and claiming your divine inheritance of abundance:

To step into abundance consciousness, feel gratitude for all that you are and all that you have.

Reflect on your life as it is at this moment.  What aspects of it do you most appreciate?   How many things are going really well for you?  What and who brings you joy?  Take a moment to thank yourself for having created these things, and to thank the universe for providing them.   As you look for the best aspects in every situation, you begin to attract the best from everyone and everything.

To step into abundance consciousness, go beyond the “what” to get to the “why.”

Once you’ve identified what you most appreciate, take this a step deeper by asking yourself why.

For every person, experience, or condition you are grateful for, allow yourself to discover at least 3 reasons why.  For example: “I appreciate my husband for being my safe place to land.  I am grateful for my husband because he always has my back.  I appreciate the way my husband takes care of our family’s well-being.”  Discovering the “why” allows you to access the energy of appreciation, and it’s this energy that brings more abundance into your life.  It’s not necessary to “count” your blessings.  What’s necessary is to feel them, deeply.

To step into abundance consciousness, choose the lens of abundance on purpose.

At the beginning of each day, make the decision to look at life through the lens of abundance rather than lack.  Notice the abundance of flowers and trees on your way to work.  Notice the abundance of happy, lighthearted people.  Feel appreciation for the earth and how it’s sustained by sunshine and rain.

The Law of Attraction will bring you more of what matches your current mood or attitude.  Change the lens through which you are perceiving the world, and you will change your reality entirely.

How To Create Your Own Economy

People often think about the economy like they do about the weather.  The presumption is that, in the same way, a rising tide lifts all boats, fluctuations in the economy affect all of us equally.  But from an energetic perspective, this notion couldn’t be further from the truth.  Because, by virtue of our thoughts, beliefs, interpretations, expectations, and chronic perspectives, we all create our own economy.

The following 3 principles will support you in creating your own economy – one that is governed by sufficiency and abundance.

Principle #1: Be mindful of where you place your attention.

So many of us are completely unintentional when it comes to directing our own attention.  A news announcement comes over the airwaves, and we automatically allow it to derail our attention – and our mood.  But where and how we direct our attention is incredibly important.  In fact, it’s what summons and breathes life into everything we create in our lives.

Learning to mindfully and intentionally direct your attention is the first step to creating your own economy.  It leads to increased self-awareness and self-control, enhanced focus, and a reduced reactivity to our bodies’ fight, fight or freeze response.  And this means you can enhance your experience of being centered, relaxed and resourceful – no matter what circumstance you find yourself in.

Remember, there are no neutral thoughts. Because thinking is the mechanism that focuses our attention and therefore propels our creative energy into motion.  We’re either directing our attention toward the realities we want to come into realization, or toward those that we don’t.  We simply can’t give our attention to scarcity and attract abundance.  It defies universal law.

Principle #2:  Prepare yourself in advance, on an energetic level, to create an economy of abundance.

Your own personal economy need not be tied to what’s going on with the stock market.  It’s far more empowering to think of it as a climate of positivity and success you carry with you everywhere you go.

You’ve probably known people who carry themselves with an air of confidence or certainty.  These folks know they’re worthy, they know their value, and consequently, they expect things to work out well for them.

When we learn to take responsibility for our own energy field, we can intentionally light up a room when we walk in.  We’re able to communicate in such a way that others want to connect and cooperate with us.  At the heart of our ability to “shine in a crisis” is being in charge of our own reactions and moods.  No matter what’s going on around us, we meet it with a sense of clarity and positive expectation.  And as we do, we pull everyone else up to our level.

Creating your own economy of abundance is simply about making the choice to vibrate in resonance with prosperity. It’s choosing to look for evidence of success, regardless of the choices others around you are making for themselves.

To make this actionable, take a pause before each important encounter to consider the outcome you want to create.  Carve time out in each day to tend to your inner world.  Engage in practices that get your energy moving and uplift your mood.  And routinely quiet your mind chatter in order to connect with the highest possibility you can conceive of.

From this stable foundation of inner alignment, you can then intentionally bring forward the energy, attitudes and expectations that will naturally lead to your desired results.

And this brings us to the final principle to understand in order to deliberately create your own economy.

Principle #3:  You have the capacity to calibrate your frequency to any outcome you desire to create.

In this vibrational universe, energy always precedes manifestation.  Once you understand this, you can adjust your energy intentionally in order to create the best possible results.

Here is a simple formula for calibrating your energy on purpose:  First, identify the outcome you’re hoping to achieve.  Then, ask yourself, “What kind of person could easily manifest this?”

What inner qualities would support you in creating a personal economy of abundance and high achievement?  What inner resources would you need to activate within you?  And how would you need to organize your day to ensure you have ready access to those resources?

Creating an internal economy of success is only a matter of bringing forth your highest, most abundant self.  It’s making a commitment to nourish that version of you through consciously up-leveling the caliber of your thoughts.  And lastly, it’s watching with joyful anticipation as the universe cooperates with the energetic tone you have set.

How to Raise Your Frequency to Attract Love (or Anything Else You Desire)

Is it possible to remain mentally clear in the midst of chaos and confusion?  Can you walk right into an opportunity of a lifetime, with no prior strategy or planning?  Can you experience love in a busy airport with a complete stranger?   The answer is YES – to all of the above and so much more.  Once you know how to raise your frequency to match whatever experience you desire to create, all things become possible.

There are as many different frequencies as there are people on the planet.

Bring to mind the experience of being in love.  If you can, recall it not just with your mind and memory, but as a visceral sensation.  Notice that even as you do this, your frequency begins to raise.

At first glance, it may seem that the sensation of love is the result of finding ourselves in a perfect set of conditions.  Or that maybe our experience of love is based on the promise of a “happily ever after.”  But I want to suggest that love – just like clarity, vitality, certainty and all other delicious states of being – is a frequency.  And, on the other side of the spectrum, frustration, despair, fear, and powerlessness are also frequencies.

What most people don’t yet understand is that we have the power to raise our own frequency.  And, we are also responsible for any unwanted dips in our personal vibration.

Think of the infinite variety of vibrational frequencies like radio signals being transmitted through our airwaves. We all know that there is a huge range of radio signals that are potentially accessible to us in every moment.  And we also know that we are only able to hear the transmission that our receivers are tuned to.

With a flip of your radio dial, you have the ability to tune into any program of your choosing.  And likewise, you can choose to raise your vibration to harmonize with any experience you desire.

Through the power of your focus, you can raise your frequency on purpose.

There are really only two ways that we can approach any situation that we find ourselves in.  We can choose to view it through a lens of what’s lacking, or we can view it through a lens of abundance.  And what we focus on, we will find evidence to support.

Through the power of our focus, we are sending out a signal that the entire universe is responding to in every moment.

Someone with a lack-based mindset simply doesn’t have access to the same range of opportunities as someone with a mindset of abundance.  And it’s not that these opportunities exist for one and not the other.  They are available to all, equally.   But it’s a universal law that what we focus on expands.

If we’re focused on lack and limitation, we find a never-ending stream of evidence to support our lack-ful perspective.

And the same goes when we’re grounded in possibility thinking.  When we’re surrounded in a frequency of love, we notice others who are vibrating similarly.  When we’re appreciating all that we have, we find more and more things to appreciate.  By focusing on what’s good, what’s working, and what’s right, you raise your frequency to the level of abundance.  And in so doing, you instantly turbocharge your power to magnetize your desires.    Everything you desire to manifest is a probability that exists, like a radio wave, within an infinite number of probabilities.  And the way to attract, invite, and rendezvous with that reality is to raise your frequency to the frequency of that outcome. The energy you bring to any situation is what determines what that situation will yield to you.

Master Your Energy, Change Your Reality

The key to improving any area of your life is first, understanding how energy flows, and second, learning to align with and cooperate with that flow.

Mastering our energy is nothing more than being in a state of flow with the very energy stream that creates worlds.  The same flow of energy that keeps our solar system in balance also moves through us and from us.  When we’re in balance with that flow, we feel happy, content, and at peace.   We are in a state of open receptivity to life’s abundance, which means that opportunities and solutions come easily.  And when we’re out of balance, we experience struggle and lack.

There are three dimensions of energy alignment – body, breath, and mind.

Mastery of our own energy is a state of inner alignment between body, breath, and mind.  And when these three dimensions of our being are in synch, we are continually renewed and recharged.  We’re able to recognize possibilities not accessible to us when we’re in fight or flight mode, or in a mindset of scarcity.

From a state of energetic alignment, we understand that all of creation occurs in cycles of expansion and contraction:  the tides rise, then recede.  Flowers open up in the daylight and close at night.  There are periods of rain and periods of drought.  We easily accept these natural ebbs and flows as part of our earth’s environment.  But when it comes to the ebbs and flows of our own lives, we’re often fearful and resistant.

When our mental energies are out of balance, fear-based and lack-based thoughts invade our minds.  And if we identify with – rather than objectively observe – these thoughts, we can mistake our interpretations for reality.

Our mind’s job, above all else, is to ensure our survival.  It’s trained to weigh the pros and cons, risks and consequences of every situation.  Fearful thoughts trigger a cascade of stress hormones throughout our body.  And as we shift into survival mode, our vision contracts, our breath becomes shallow, and we lose access to the resources that are all around us.  The mind is an amazing tool, but we have to remember it was never designed to be our master.

When mind, breath and body are all in synch, we feel whole, powerful, and complete.  But if even one of these essential aspects of us is out of synch, we feel something missing, we feel unsatisfied.  We may feel that we’re not good enough, that we are not blessed.  And then we go about trying to change the outer conditions of our lives in order to feel better.  But it’s only ever our inner world that needs attention. When we restore balance in our inner world, the outer world must follow suit.

The following energy mastery techniques can reverse this downward spiral and realign with your natural state of abundance and wellbeing:

Energy Mastery Technique #1:  Reconnect with your breath.

Your breath is the bridge between your physical self and the expanded, non-physical aspect of you.  And by consciously deepening your breath, you can quite literally expand your consciousness.

Deep, connected breathing soothes your nervous system, quiets your mind, and allows you to access higher realms of wisdom and insight.  Conscious breath is the key to releasing fight or flight hormones, and to activating a sensation of wholeness and wellbeing.

To master the energy of your breath, close your eyes and follow the sensation of your inhale.  Feel it filling up your lungs, your belly, your side ribs and your heart.  Pause briefly at the top of your inhale, then release your breath with an audible sigh.  Continue this until you feel a softening of resistance and a return of mental and physical equilibrium.

Energy Mastery Technique #2:  Take a step back in perspective.

Our fight-or-flight survival mode is marked by a narrowing in perspective.  Our pupils contract, our breath shallows or stops, and our field of vision is reduced to the most immediate threat.  In a state of energetic misalignment, we may perceive a temporary ebb in resources as a sign of permanent shortage or lack.

By taking a step back, we can more easily recognize the cyclical nature of life.  Less productive times are opportunities for deeper rest, reflection and refocus.  Less abundant times sharpen our sense of what is truly valuable and important.  Over time, we learn to trust that things are always in a state of flux.  And energy master surfs the high times and the low, knowing that one can’t exist without the other.

Energy Mastery Technique #3:  Use the contrast of what you don’t want to align with what you prefer.

Contained within every unwanted situation is the essence of what we would desire instead.  By identifying this essence, and consciously inviting in into your energy field, you become a cooperative component to the change you desire.

And so, if your current situation has you struggling, begin to conjure what greater ease would feel like.   If resources are tight, allow yourself to recall a time when abundance was free-flowing.  When you change your energy about any situation, the situation will change to match your energy.  And when you master your energy, you change your reality.  This is a universal law.

How to Create Clear Agreements With These 4 Powerful Questions

Think back to the times in your life when you experienced a communication breakdown that left you feeling hurt, frustrated, or confused.  Chances are, the common denominator in each of these scenarios was the absence of a clear agreement.

Clear agreements are the backbone of effective and harmonious relationships.  Whether you’re creating a successful business or a passionate marriage, clarifying expectations ahead of time is key to preventing later conflict.

And yet, many of us resist taking the steps that are necessary in order to create clear agreements.  Maybe we feel that the important people in our lives should intuitively know – and cooperate with – what we want.  Or, we might think that spelling out all of our expectations will lead to uncomfortable tension.

But here’s the thing.  Unclear, vague, and broken agreements cause more than a loss of productivity.  They contribute to tension, drama, a breakdown of trust, confusion, and resentment in our personal and professional lives alike.

From an energetic perspective, the uncertainty caused by unclear agreements introduces static into our point of attraction: Part of us is working diligently toward our desired result. But another part of us is subconsciously aware that not everyone is on the same page.  Clear agreements are both a cure and a preventative for all types of conflict.

Here are 4 questions to ask in order to create clear agreements with those you love and work with – and with yourself:

Clear Agreement Question #1:  What do I/we want?

The “what,” in this case, is the end result you’re working toward.  It includes both the fully fleshed-out manifestation, as well as the steps involved in getting there.

So the first thing you want to come to a clear agreement about is your shared intention to create a desired result.  And you want to state this in such a way that there is no ambiguity about what you’re creating.  Your goal is that anyone you speak your desire to will understand immediately what it is you are agreeing to.

At this phase of clarifying your agreement, it’s important to gather as much information as you can about the end result you are agreeing to.  What does it look like?  How will all parties involved know that it’s been achieved?

Understandably, as you seek to clarify your desired outcome, further questions and issues will inevitably arise.  For example, you may discover that to accomplish the goal, you need additional resources.   Take time on the front end to flesh these details out, because all of this is part of the “what” that you are agreeing to.

Clear Agreement Question #2:  Who will be accountable for what?

The next step in creating clear agreements is deciding who will be responsible for each part of the desired outcome.

Some of the most beautiful and satisfying creations require some level of collaboration.  Clarifying who is accountable for what – especially when you’re working in tandem – is an essential element to creating clear agreements.

Who will take the lead role in each aspect of this creation?  What support will that person need in order to fulfill their end of the agreement?   What additional support or resources might be needed?  By clarifying who’s in charge of what, you break the project or desired outcome down into objective, manageable steps.

Clear Agreement Question #3:  By when will this desire be realized?

You’ve probably heard the old saying that goals are simply dreams with deadlines.  Unless you assign a date by which your goal will be realized, you cannot come to a clear agreement about its completion.

The moment you place a desire in the context of time, you summon a greater stream of creative energy to help you realize your goal.  The trick is to make sure that attaching a timeline to your desire inspires you rather than causes you stress.

A timeline that is too far off in the distance causes us to become complacent or unfocused.  And a deadline that’s looming overhead can shut down creativity altogether.  With each agreement you’re creating, play around with the timeline. You know you’ve hit the sweet spot when it’s close enough to move you into action but far enough away that you can maintain a vibration of ease.

Clear Agreement Question #4:  Why do I want to create this?

This last question is perhaps the most important to ask when seeking to create clear agreements.  Asking “why” takes you behind the external conditions you’re working toward and into the stream of the very energy you’re hoping to experience.

Why do you desire to manifest this desire or achieve this outcome?  What will be the benefit of having created this?  What do you hope to gain?  How do you imagine you will feel?   The more you can conjure the energy of your “why,” the more universal cooperation you’ll draw to you.

When you get to the “why” behind any desire, you connect with the energy of what it is you’re trying to create.   Knowing your “why” will fuel you with the energy and inspiration to continue moving forward.

These four questions are the pillars of creating clear agreements.  Use them in any area of your life where you’re not manifesting the results you desire to transform conflict and confusion into clarity.

The Council Speaks on Current Events…

I wanted to get this out to you, because it’s really important information for the state of affairs that people are experiencing  right now.
They were asked…

Since the Fourth of July, I have been trying to formulate how to succinctly express myself in a “brief” question for the Council. It’s such a deep question I don’t know if I adequately wrote the question about “Evil” and when innocent people are victims.

The event I was talking about happened in my community at the 4th of July parade. What I’m learning from this QEM program and the Council does not make sense at all in this type of situation. I am a seeker…always seeking capital T Truth. And when I can’t comprehend or wrap my mind around an understanding of the principles being taught, it creates doubt. I’ve been experiencing this since the 4th of July. I’m not as trusting of Christy’s teaching and the Council as I was prior because I cannot comprehend what I’m trying to express in my question.

It’s actually any situation of abuse, neglect, murder, etc., especially with children. How do these people create their reality and attract this to themselves? It makes much more sense to me that there actually is Evil, in the world…an entity or entities outside of one’s self that people become a victim of. When the Council and Christy sat there is ONLY LOVE AND LIGHT, and that’s all there is, then where is this dark energy coming from? I don’t understand it.

Also, in other “spiritual” experiences and activities I’ve participated in, (working with Shamans, Reiki healers, Mediums, Angel lightworkers, healers, etc) they do provide a circle of protection to allow only the highest light and vibration and no dark spirits or energy beings to enter in. This is different than what I’m hearing Christy and the Council says. It’s very confusing to me and is creating doubt about some of what I’m learning in QEM. I am hoping to gain some clarity. I have so many unanswered questions…and I suppose as long as I’m in this human form, I will continue to seek Truth and knowing! I feel like the more that I grow and evolve, the less I know and understand.

The Council answered this question during Quantum Energy Mastery and it really helped a lot of people (see video below):

We thought it would help give you perspective as well.
Enjoy!
