We often think of vices as addictions; turning to substances or habitual behaviors that keep us stuck in a vicious cycle of looking outside ourselves for a feeling of inner happiness or peace. And while millions of Americans suffer from addictions of all kinds, one that goes largely unrecognized is the addiction to dark or limiting thoughts.

In the past week alone, how many times have you felt paralyzed by a feeling of self-doubt, or afraid to ask for something you want for fear that you don’t deserve it? How often do you beat yourself up with disparaging thoughts about your body, your intellect, your age, or the color of your skin? How many times have you found yourself unable to enjoy the unfolding of a relationship or event because you were plagued with thoughts about what could go wrong or what should be going better?

If you can relate to any of the above scenarios, you must understand that you are suffering from a vice, and that you deserve to be free.

In this week’s Quantum Success Show, I am joined by Arielle Ford, best-selling author and transformational leader and sister of the late, great, much-beloved Debbie Ford, who shares the remarkable story of discovering her sister’s unpublished work five years after her death.

Written during Debbie’s long battle with cancer, Your Holiness is a thoughtful and poignant exploration of the godliness that resides in all of us. Only by developing a deep and unwavering relationship with this spiritual essence will we ever be free from the vices that limit and bind us.

If you are ready to release your addiction to self-loathing, body image struggles, and procrastination; if you are ready to learn how to stop beating yourself up; if you are ready to reside in true appreciation for all that you are and all that you have and begin creating the life that you desire, you won’t want to miss today’s show.
