I’m Christy Whitman. I’m a Master Certified Law of Attraction Coach and the Founder of the Quantum Success Coaching Academy, which is a thriving international business that I started over years ago, which to date has trained and certified thousands of successful coaches worldwide. I’m excited to announce that my book entitled Quantum Success: 7 Essential Laws for a Thriving, Joyful, and Prosperous Relationship with Work and Money will be released soon. In this episode of Quantum Success Show, I’m going to share with you a key distinction from the book that once you master it will support you in creating success in virtually any circumstance that you find yourselves in. This is a skill that I call finding solutions in the midst of problems.
To begin, it’s important to realize that not only our so-called problems an integral part of life, they’re an essential part of the process of creation. When we experience something as a problem, it simply means we’ve identified something we want that we haven’t yet allowed ourselves to have or that we’ve identified something we don’t want that we haven’t yet allowed ourselves to release. We have enough awareness to know we’d like things to be different, but we don’t yet know how to get from where we are to where we want to be. Just think about it. The only reason that a problem can ever occur to us as a problem is because it’s bringing our awareness to the fact that we want something more, greater, different for ourselves. There could be no growth, no expansion, no forward motion without this pivotal first step in recognition. In and of themselves, problems are really not problems. What causes us suffering is when we focus so much on the unwanted aspect of any given situation that we’re blinded to the solutions that the problem is trying to bring to light.
Self-defeating questions like, “How did this happen? Where did I go wrong? Who’s to blame?” are all indications that we’re dwelling more in the problem. In so doing it, we are preventing ourselves from the expansion that we’re seeking. The simple truth is that we cannot give ourselves attention. We can’t give all of our attention to the problem and also be open to the solution at the same time. Whatever we give our attention to, we create more of. The powerful universal principle known as Law of Attraction is the basis of all that I teach in all of my coaching certification programs in which I go to at length in my book, Quantum Success. The essence of this law can be summed up in two simple statements: Where attention goes, energy flows and that which is like unto itself is drawn. What this means is that by choosing to give our attention to something, whether it’s something wanted or unwanted, we’re feeding our energy into that reality. By nurturing it with our energy, we’re causing it to increase and become more.In and of themselves, problems are really not problems. Click To Tweet
If we’re flowing our energy and attention towards the problem, then our experience of the problem will gain momentum. Likewise, if we direct our energy attention towards imagining or conjuring the solution where we’re anticipating the relief or the joy or the satisfaction we’ll feel once the solution has fully come into view, then we’re summoning powerful creative energy towards the solutions and allowing them to unfold easily. The more our thoughts, ideas, emotions, are aligned with the solutions that we’re seeking, the more we are able to realize them when they do come into view. Whatever the problems that you’re experiencing, whatever negative internal dialogue is turning within you about something in your life that’s not turning out as it should, know that you cannot be experiencing this as a source of discontent if there were not a larger, more expansive, more fulfilling future waiting for you. The more you direct your attention towards those solutions, the more easily you will be able to recognize that they’re all around you. I’d love to hear your thoughts or questions on how you’re using today’s insights in your own life, so lease write to me in the comments. Thank you and I hope to see you next time.
