Whenever you want to create something in your life, it is important to be consistent. The problem I see that most people have with trying to achieve a goal or create a vision (and there is a difference) is that they are not consistent.

When you want to become more abundant, you have to consistently vibrate more in the energy of abundance and less in the vibration of lack. There needs to be a consistent practice that happens so that change can occur.

If you want to get in better shape, just going to the gym once or twice is not going to bring you the results you are seeking. There needs to be a consistent practice of going at least three times a week.

If you are looking to release weight and change your eating habits, just eating better for one day and then eating poorly several days after is not going to give you the results you are seeking. There needs to be consistency in the way you eat so that your body can change.

The same is true when you want to attract something or someone to you. If your energy is inconsistent, then it cannot come to you. If you have high vibrations about the subject one day, and then the next day you have lower vibrations, they cancel each other out.

Being consistent is so important. Whatever your practice of centering yourself and raising your vibration, be consistent.

This is why coaching is so effective. When you hire a coach who is checking in with you, it helps you to have accountability and to be consistent. That is when the manifestations happen. That is when you will see the success you desire.

If you can do one thing towards becoming a deliberate creator, start being consistent.

Create a schedule and stick with it.

Pick a process and do it often.

Take consistent action towards your goals and you will soon see them manifest.
