By now, you’re probably well aware of the power of your thoughts. You get it that your expectations influence the outcomes you create. And, you’ve likely discovered how all-important it is to tend to your emotions and generate your mood on purpose. But what do you do when the Law of Attraction stops working, and you’re no longer creating what you want?

First, recognize the fallacy in this statement.

The Law of Attraction is the universal principle which states, “that which is like unto itself is drawn.” Resonant energies are magnetized together, and in their convergence, those energies become more.

There is never a moment in time when Law of Attraction is not at work. Like the law of gravity, the principle of attraction is a constant.

Take a moment to reflect on the various aspects of your life – your relationships, your finances, your career success. And now ponder this: All that is now manifested is a perfect match to your dominant vibration in relation to each of these subjects.

If Law of Attraction appears to have stopped working, realize that this is a fallacy. In fact, it is working perfectly, and bringing you the exact results you dominantly expect.

When you intentionally adjust your vibration to attract a desired outcome, you’re using Law of Attraction on purpose. But, when you allow other people’s energy to scatter and weaken your vibration, Law of Attraction is still at work. It’s just operating by default rather than by deliberate intent.

Here are 3 important steps you can take whenever you feel that Law of Attraction has “stopped working” for you:

Step #1: Acknowledge that everything that comes back to you is the direct result of what you’re sending out.

There’s just no way around this.

Life is not random, and manifestations – both wanted and unwanted – are not coincidental. Everything is made of energy and this includes your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and expectations. The energy you generate within yourself permeates every aspect of your life. It comes from you and is returned to you.

So, if you are attracting evidence of lack into your life, you can be certain there is a vibration of lack somewhere in your consciousness. This vibration exists within you and is attracting to itself, whether you are conscious of it or not.

For example, you might be speaking words of financial prosperity, while you’re actually focused on your financial hardship. You could be affirming your appreciation about meeting your soul mate, while silently lamenting all the years you’ve been alone.

The universe doesn’t hear our words, and it doesn’t respond to our actions. It delivers back to us manifestations that reflect the way we really feel. In this energetic universe, the only thing that matters is the energy that’s behind everything we think, say, or do.

The vibrations we offer in any moment generate powerful movement in one direction or another: We’re either consciously bringing about the reality we desire, or we’re unintentionally creating the reality we don’t.

Anytime you’re more aware of what you don’t want than what you do, Law of Attraction is working against you. It hasn’t stopped working; it’s just working to your detriment rather than in your favor.

And the great news is, you have the power to turn this around.

Step #2: Take responsibility for the vibrations you’re offering – even in the “privacy” of your own heart and mind.

Silently complaining about someone or something is still a powerful complaint. Holding an expectation of a project’s failure creates a huge obstacle to its success. Carrying past grudges against yourself or another ensures that the future will be a continuation of the past.

Begin to see yourself as a broadcasting tower that is continuously exchanging energy with the universe. Like a radio, you are both a transmitter and a receiver of vibration. And what you’re sending out always correlates to what you receive.

The practice of meditation is the most effective way to bring yourself into vibrational alignment with what you desire. In meditation, you temporarily disconnect your mind from its pattern of habitual, practiced thoughts. And in this free-floating state, you are more receptive to attracting the outcomes you desire.

Step #3: Recognize that each new moment brings a new opportunity to choose your vibration on purpose.

Everything you’re now living is the result of the vibrations you’ve offered in the past. And, in the same way, your future reality will unfold based on the vibration you are offering today.

By now you know that Law of Attraction never stops working for you. It’s responding to the sum total of your thoughts, beliefs, moods and expectations. But, attraction is just one of several powerful forces that govern the process of manifestation.
