October 2016 – A Note From Christy

I received an email from my Dad that really helped me understand how the old, limited and lack energy that once were dominant in this world are shifting as we are in the new age of abundance.

Part of the email describing his generation said, “We are the last generation, climbing out of the depression, who can remember the winds of war and the impact of a world at war which rattled the structure of our daily lives for years.”

It went on, “We are the last to remember ration books for everything from gas to sugar to shoes to stoves.” And “We saw cars up on blocks because tires weren’t available.”

My Dad and his family all were affected by the Great Depression. The lack and limitation of food and resources were very real for them. That was the reality back then.

That generation is now transitioning, and the new generation is coming in with very wise children who have a new knowledge, understanding and awareness of abundance.

I have never known a time when I was unable to put gasoline in my car because there was not enough. There is a gas station on every corner. I have never gone hungry because of lack of food, or had to wait in line to receive my bread rations, thank God.

That was then, and this is now. And there are still parts of our world where lack still is a great reality for some. And because we were raised with parents where that was a reality, it can and does still affect us.

So how do we shift this within ourselves and help those who still are there? Create abundance and feel abundance in our own lives. Because we can’t starve ourselves in order to help someone else.

I never understood the saying, “Eat your vegetables because there are starving kids in other countries.” What did eating my vegetables or not eating my vegetables have to do with children thousands of miles away? Eating my vegetables was not going to help them. We weren’t going to overnight them to those who were starving.

But I do know that my being in an abundant space, and then thinking of them and adding light to them, and teaching what I know in getting out of lack and limitation is what will help them.

We are responsible for the only thing we can control, and that is our vibration. And as we shift our vibration from lack and limitation to one of abundance and sufficiency, we are helping all those we are in contact with, all they are in contact with and the energy of the planet. Bottom line is, we only have control of the Universe that lives within us and the energy that we create in that universe.

How? Read the Divine Manifesting Section for a step-by-step way to release lack and limitation and move into abundance.

Feeling Good: The “Secret” to Manifesting Anything You Want

What does feeling good (i.e., happy, secure, loved, etc.) have to do with the level of success you produce – in your work, with friends, or at school? I mean, as long as you’re taking the actions you know will move you forward, why should it matter if you’re floating through the day or barely slogging through it?

It might surprise you to realize that the way we feel in the privacy of our own inner world has everything to do with the results we produce in our outer world. This is because everything in the universe – including ourselves – is made up of energy, and all energy resonates at a particular rate of speed, or vibration. Bad-feeling emotions – such as anger, frustration, anxiety, guilt and blame – vibrate at a lower, slower rate than good-feeling emotions like love, optimism and appreciation.

Our moods, feelings and dominant emotions – as well as our thoughts, beliefs and, of course, our words and actions – all generate vibrations that are registered by everyone and everything that comes into contact with us. If you doubt this, pay attention the next time you enter a room where people have just been fighting, and compare it to how you feel in a place where people have been laughing, praying, dancing, or meditating. One vibration is soothing and attractive; the other repels and causes our energy field to contract. The “secret” to magnetizing any experience you want to manifest in your life is to make sure the vibrations you are sending out are in energetic alignment with that particular outcome.

Here are three practical steps you can take to deliberately align your vibration to more precisely attract the results you want:

Step One: Look for Things to Appreciate
No matter what circumstance you find yourself in or who you are with, you can always, always find something to appreciate. The fact that you have a roof over your head, that there are people in your life who love you, that you were born with the ability to perceive and enjoy the beauty of nature… these are gifts we often take for granted, but all we have to do is imagine life without them to realize just how much we have that we can appreciate! Keeping a gratitude journal in which you make a list of five things each day that you are grateful for, or getting in the habit of telling every person you meet something you appreciate about him or her, are some other effective ways to build your gratitude muscles. The bottom line is the more you appreciate, the more things will be drawn into your experience for you to appreciate.

Step Two: Let Go of Joy-Robbers
A huge amount of our manifestation energy is unavailable to us because it is unconsciously invested in “making the best” of situations that are unhealthy, relationships that no longer serve us, or people who have become intolerable. Sometimes the things that steal our joy can’t be instantly removed: a job we’ve outgrown, a partnership that is no longer nurturing or a mountain of debt that will take time to resolve. However, with a little attention, most of us can find plenty of “minor” things that qualify as being irritating enough to diminish our joy and therefore our manifesting power. It isn’t the size of the infraction that matters; it’s the effect it has on you. Here’s a really good case in point:

After complaining for weeks about being sore after her daily workouts, a friend of mine finally broke down and bought an expensive, well-fitting pair of running shoes. The difference she felt was incredible, and only after wearing her new shoes did she realize that she had literally run her old one ones into the ground. It sounds too simple to be true, but releasing this one joy-robbing experience made a huge difference in her well being – and therefore in her power to magnetize.

Step Three: Act as if
As a master Law of Attraction coach who has spent nearly twenty years studying, applying and teaching the universal laws that govern deliberate creation, I’ve found certain principles that hold true under virtually every circumstance. One such principle is that offering a vibration of wanting something delays its manifestation into your life. Put simply, wanting attracts more wanting. If, on the other hand, you offer the vibration of already living the experience you desire – if you imagine it, speak about it, write about it and, most importantly, feel it – you will speed the manifestation of that experience into your life. Act as if what you want is already a part of your experience, and you will draw it to you.

Most of us have what I call an “if/then” relationship to feeling good. We think that if we turn in a stellar report; if we earn a certain amount of money; if we make a good impression with the person we just met, then feeling good will be our reward. But there is absolutely no reason to postpone your innate right to feel good to some future time or situation – you can choose to feel good right now. And when you do, you become absolutely irresistible to success.

September 2016 – A Note From Christy

Last month I took some time with Frederic to watch Anthony Robbins’ new documentary, I’m Not Your Guru, on Netflix.

We were both moved in so many different ways for different reasons.

I reached out through Facebook to post what a great experience it was, and that I was proud to be a coach.

You know what happened?

I had people who were in total agreement with me, and then I had people who the felt the complete polar opposite about my experience and wanted to argue with me about it.

Here is the thing: Whether we agree with someone or not, we need to allow others to have and share their experiences.

I was not looking for advice.
I was not looking for a debate.
I was not looking for validation.

I was just sharing my experience of a movie.

And for me, I just deleted the post, because of the uproar it had caused. Because for me it was my experience, and I didn’t care what others thought about it. That is me, allowing me to have my experience. And it is also allowing others to have their opinion about my experience, which is none of my business.

One of my goals as a teacher of the Universal Laws is to help myself and others apply the Universal Law, The Law of Allowing.

This is the law that helps us feel free in our lives and relationships.

August 2016 – Divine Manifesting Tips & Stories

Here is a list of words and phrases that need to be changed in our vocabulary.

“Should”: Keeps us stuck in roles and does not give us freedom in that we have choices. When we say “should” to ourselves and others, it is very limiting and causes us to beat up ourselves or others for something we have no control over in the now. We are shaming for the past.

“I can’t afford it”: This is very limiting and never feels good. As a matter of fact, anytime you say “can’t,” it limits the true Divine potential of who you are and the pure potentiality that exists in the universe. And be careful what you say, because what you put out in the universe as a vibration will manifest. So if you say, “I can’t afford it,” that will be your reality. Instead say, “I choose not to purchase that at this time.”

“Try”: There is no way to try to do anything. As Yoda said in Empire Strikes Back, “Do or do not. There is no try.” And when you try to do something, a very non-committal energy goes out into the universe. Trying to do something carries a very different vibration than doing it.

“Have to”: This is also a form of “should.” Instead of focusing on the things you have to do, change it to “I get to.” I get to pick up my amazing kids from school. I get to clean my house that gives me shelter. “I get to” is so much more empowering than “I have to.” Just switching these phrases will give you a much better feeling and perspective and will determine what you manifest in your life.

“I can’t wait”: This is coming from a lack perspective; it feels very different when you say, “I am looking forward to…”

Everything is energy, and all energy carries a vibration. When we are deliberately manifesting our lives, these words and phrases can lower our vibrations without our even knowing it.

Start changing how you say things and feel the difference inside of yourself.

There is an old saying that small hinges open big doors. Small changes in words and phrases make a big difference in what we create.

In the beginning there is the word. In the beginning of all creation it starts with a word—even in the privacy of your own mind.

What words will you choose today?

August 2016 – A Note From Christy

What we say is important.

In the Bible it says, “In the beginning there was the word.”

The words we choose to say give way to the meaning that we have assigned them. And it is the meanings we give words that carry the vibrations.

These words, when spoken aloud or even in our private thoughts that we don’t share with anyone else, have a vibration that will determine what we think, feel and ultimately create in our lives.

Some words or phrases need to be eradicated in order to deliberately create what we want.

What are these important words and phrases that we need to let go of and change into something more empowering?

Please go to the Divine Manifesting section, where I list them and explain why.

July 2016 – Divine Manifesting Tips & Stories

Believe me I know what it is like to have a feeling of discontentment in my life.

As an example, I know what it feels like to have a difficult financial situation. I remember the feeling of wanting to work in alignment with the universal laws and feel what I wanted instead of what my reality was and have credit card companies calling and demanding to know when I was going to make a payment. Or the feeling of not knowing how I was going to pay a bill that needed to be paid. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. Each time it knocked me off, and I would go back into the reality of my situation.

These were actually very beautiful times in the eyes of my soul, because it was during those desperate times that I would get on my knees and pray to God to help me. Money is a symbol to go back to God. So is any other situation that you are both unhappy AND happy with in your life.

Everything is an opportunity to connect with God. And we as humans seem to do this more intensely when we need help.

At these times, when we are in the midst of what we really don’t want, we have to pivot and focus on what we do want, or we will continue to create more of the same.

God/energy/Source/Universe/Creator/Divine Intelligence—it doesn’t matter what you call it—it does its part, but we also need to do our part.

We are co-creating with this invisible and great Soul of the World. And we need to direct, decide and move in the direction of what we do want.

I would like to offer you a different perspective on those places where you desire, where you have that longing for your life to be different; those areas where you are so tired of having that tension that you wish things to be different.

Take an area of your life where you are dissatisfied, to whatever degree, from mildly annoyed to deeply anxious and fearful, and shift your perspective that this was a gift for you.

The giver of this situation (the Universe) has gifted you with an opportunity to learn about yourself. This is an opportunity to become more aware and conscious about how you think, believe and therefore vibrate in this particular area of your life. This situation was not given to you to punish you in anyway. And it is very temporary, as is everything in the physical universe we live in. If it was created, it can be re-created. If it has brought you tension and clarity for a different way of being, then you have the ability to create something different.

So do this and see how your life begins to change.

  1. Think of the situation, circumstance or relationship that you desire change in. What is the new desire? What do you want? What would you like to change about it, and what would you want to change it into? What is your new vision of the greatest outcome?

  2. Ask yourself, “What can I learn about this? What is this situation teaching me about myself, or my behaviors or beliefs? What would I have to believe in order to create this?

  3. What would you want to believe? How would you want to behave (which is what you say and do)? How would you want to feel?

  4. Just as you thought of all those people, places and things you have gratitude for, feel grateful for this situation and all you are learning for yourself about yourself. Feel gratitude you have the power to change it. The more expanded part of you has everything you need to create something new.

  5. Vibrate in the place of already having it. Be consistent. When you get knocked off with “reality,” go within yourself and feel what you do want. That will shift the energy of the situation and begin to create something new.

Remember, you are always in relationship with everything in the Universe. That includes everything that is outside of you, like people, money, food, traffic, and so on. AND the relationship always starts inside of you first. Everything is ENERGY. 🙂
