Here are 3 energy mastery principles that will help you to reclaim your happiness now.
Happiness Principle #1: Understand that happiness is a natural result of energy alignment.
Bring to mind a time when you felt fantastic, empowered, and free. Ideas were firing, you were joyful, and you made connections and produced results with very little effort.
And now bring to mind a day when everything you attempted felt like an uphill battle.
The only difference between happiness and unhappiness – between effortless manifestation and painstaking struggle – is energy alignment. And the only reason we work for happiness is because we lose sight of the fact that happiness is free!
Where does happiness come from, after all? Is it a by-product of achievement, or of finally checking all the boxes on your to-do list? Or does happiness spring from the same bottomless well as clarity, inspiration, creativity, and love? Do we have to pay a price for joy, or is it simply a matter of opening ourselves to it? Does happiness involve sacrifice, or is happiness, like energy, free?
Once you understand the energetic nature of the universe, you realize that happiness – like inspiration, clarity and love – is free.
Tapping into the Infinite Source of Wellbeing
You see, our universe and everything in it is created and orchestrated by a powerful energy stream. You can call it Life Force energy, or Infinite Intelligence, or any other name that resonates for you. This energy stream that creates and sustains all things always guides us in the direction of happiness.
YOU are an integral, inseparable part of this energy stream. And when you’re in alignment with this stream, it effortlessly carries you everywhere you want to go. Stated simply, happiness is free and available in abundance for all who allow themselves to go with this stream.
Happiness Principle #2: Become deliberate about the direction of your chronic thoughts.
Every thought you think generates either positive or negative momentum. And this means if you think uncomfortable thoughts, you’ll feel uncomfortable, and you’re more likely to create uncomfortable outcomes. But on the other hand, when the direction of your thoughts is in alignment with the positive outcomes you desire to create, happiness is the free and natural consequence.
To prove this to yourself, repeat the following statements:
“Life is hard.” “I never attain my goals.” Or, “I’m not as far along as I should be.”
And notice what happens to your energy field – and your happiness – when you perpetuate this momentum of thought.
Your vibration crashes and the happiness that’s natural to you becomes tangled up in you achieving some external result.
Now gift yourself with some life-affirming statements, such as, “All is well.” “Things are always working out for me.” “I’ve succeeded many times before.” or “I love myself as I am.”
You probably noticed a huge difference in how you feel, right? When you foster positive momentum-thoughts, you generate energy that is high, fast-moving, and great-feeling. And you put yourself in a vibrational range of happiness that can always be freely accessed.
Every thought you think generates momentum – either in the direction of something wanted or something unwanted. And with each thought you offer, you are choosing whether you create positive momentum or downward spirals. There are no neutral thoughts.
Happiness Principle #3: Speak always in favor of the happiness you desire, never in opposition to it.
These universal principles appeal to our common sense.
You can’t be focused on lack and create abundance. You can’t be focused on loneliness and attract love and connection. And you can’t talk about past mistakes or heartbreak and tap into the stream of happiness. You attract experiences that are in alignment with your personal energy or vibration. And the words you speak reveal the core vibration you are residing within.
Watching Your Words
Watching your words is one of the most immediate ways to tap into the free-flowing stream of happiness and wellbeing. And this is as simple as catching yourself when you’re about to head off the slippery slope of negative thinking and shifting your focus to something that feels better.
Tapping into the stream of happiness that is always free is as simple as choosing to speak of situations in a way that makes you feel better, not worse. It’s choosing to state things in a way that expands and encourages you, rather than brings you down.
From an energetic perspective, there is a huge difference between saying, “I can’t afford it,” and “I’m choosing something else right now.” The former is an affirmation of lack that constricts our energy field. And the latter opens us up to the free stream of happiness by acknowledging that we always have a choice.
Always chose language that establishes you as the creator of your life, never those that paint you as a victim of it.
We are all born with free will. And at every moment we have the power to choose where and how to apply our most precious resource: the power of our focus. When we look beyond present circumstances and remain devoted to keeping our vibration high, powerful forces come to our aid. The energy that creates worlds flows through us, and joy and happiness is the inevitable result.
