The Art of Having It All
“What you are about to receive in this little gem shows you the clear steps to achieve abundance, peace, success and fulfillment…”

Is it possible to have: a passionate marriage; a thriving career; a healthy, beautiful body; more money than you ever dreamed possible, and enough “down” time to enjoy it – without running yourself ragged? The answer is a resounding YES!
In The Art of Having It All, ($16.95), Christy shares the precise steps she took to create radical turnarounds in the midst of potentially devastating real life situations – including freeing herself of nearly $90,000 of unwanted debt and 30 extra pounds, and navigating the turbulent waters of divorce, the grief of her sister’s suicide, and the life -threatening illness of her newborn son. On these pages, Christy doesn’t practice what she preaches; she preaches what she has practiced, and the principles she has successfully taught others over the past ten years.
Taming Your Alpha Bitch
Taming Your Alpha Bitch, ($14.97) In many areas women have earned the equality we’ve been fighting for. We’ve broken through glass ceilings and achieved great success. We’ve shown that we can prosper by our own means. And we’ve become influential, respected leaders. Yet many of us find ourselves unhappy, anxious, overwhelmed. Where’s the pot of gold at the end of our “I can do it just like a man” rainbow?
The problem is that while we can be as successful as a man, we don’t get there through a masculine approach. Being a “damsel in distress” is not the way to make your dreams come true, but neither is being the hyper-aggressive Alpha Bitch.
In this groundbreaking book, transformation leaders Christy Whitman and Rebecca Grado reveal how when women try to claim power through a forceful “take no prisoners” approach it ultimately works against us and undermines our best efforts to create the life of our dreams. In fact, wielding Alpha Bitch force is ironically disempowering, because it introduces conflict, struggle, and competition into our personal and professional relationships, blocking women from creating the life we desire.
How do you change from being a controlling, competitive, and disruptive Alpha Bitch to being an Empowered Female who is allowing, collaborative, and balanced? Enter the Laws of the Universe:
- The Law of Attraction
- The Law of Allowing
- The Law of Pure Potentiality
- The Law of Oneness
- The Law of Balance and Harmony
- The Law of Sufficiency and Abundance
Taming Your Alpha Bitch will show you how to use these laws to create freedom, joy, and abundance in your life. By using this knowledge, you put yourself in the ideal position for attracting those things you want with ease and effortlessness, not struggle and pain. Available now on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and IndieBound.
Perfect Pictures: An Inspirational Book for Those Who like It Perfect, ($14) addresses the issue of perfection as a standard to which we judge ourselves. It affects our bodies, wives, husbands, work and our entire lives. Perfection is an illusion. When we are searching for perfection we take two different directions; one we are never satisfied with anything we have or achieve in our lives, because we want everything perfect. If perfection is the goal in our lives, and our joy depends upon it, we will be unsatisfied. This causes a great deal of pain and suffering. It is important to create and have goals, because we are creative beings. It is a difference of being in the present moment, appreciating what we have, and being hopeful and enthusiastic about our futures versus being so dissatisfied with the present that we live in the future. I’ll be happy when (I lose 20 lbs, my kids go to college, I get out of debt, etc.) . . The other direction is giving up on our goals and dreams, because it seems as if it is impossible or too difficult. The example I give is a woman who has a picture of what her ideal body should look like. She attempts to eat right and exercise, but always falls short of her picture of perfection. Being fearful that she will have disappointment if she does not achieve what she wants, she decides that it is much too difficult, and gives up. She later finds herself overweight, unhealthy, and depressed. There is a way to have all of our dreams come true, enjoy the process, and love ourselves.
As you read the book, you will see the dramatic difference that releasing perfect pictures had on Christy Whitman’s entire life. She believes so many people, especially women (but it affects men as well), could have so much more joy in their lives if they had this awareness and were willing to transform these thoughts of perfection. Christy shows the readers how to do just that. Available now at Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
