spiritual vibration

Right now, millions of people are living the experience of love, radiant health and abundance that you desire.  But if you chalk their success up to luck, talent or good genetics, you’ll overlook a vitally important spiritual truth: The things we desire flow easily into our experience when our spiritual vibration is resonating on the same frequency.

Here are three energy mastery tips to raise your spiritual vibration to the frequency to effortlessly attract your desires.

Spiritual Vibration Tip #1:  Tell the truth about your habitual point of focus.

Maybe you’ve noticed.  When you’re focused on what you don’t want or what hasn’t happened yet, your personal vibration plummets.  You simply can’t focus on the absence of something meaningful to you and feel good at the same time.  And feeling good – feeling positive, joyful, and inspired – is the hallmark of a high-flying spiritual vibration.

When you focus on things unwanted, you diminish both your happiness and your creative prowess.  Rather than expanding unfettered into the realm of possibility, you limit yourself to creating more of the same.

Pay attention and you’ll see that those who have attained the things you’re working toward have one thing in common: They focus primarily on where they’re going; they don’t dwell on where they’ve been.

To attract love, health, abundance and success, deconstruct your habitual patterns of focus.

Your whole life, you’ve been encouraged to focus on the outer condition of things.  You were taught to place importance on the current reality that has, in this moment, already assembled around you.

And while this type of focus is important while driving a car, for example, it’s completely counterproductive to manifesting your desires.  This is because the outer world of form is the effect, and the inner world of energy is the cause.

To shift your focus and raise your spiritual vibration, simply devote more of your attention on what you desire than on what you’ve already got.  Think more about what you’ve learned than on the challenges that helped you learn them.  Appreciate all that you have rather than dwelling on the things that are not yet up to par.

Your point of focus is everything.  Because when you raise your spiritual vibration to the frequency where possibilities reside, new realities spontaneously open up for you.

Spiritual Vibration Tip #2:  When you’re frustrated or discouraged, focus generally, not specifically.

Whenever you’re experiencing something other than the wellbeing, love, and abundance you desire, focus on sweeping generalities, not specifics.

There is no value whatsoever in focusing on the partner that feels missing or the money you don’t have.  Focusing on lack only attracts more experiences to feel bad about!   So instead, anytime you’re feeling frustrated or discouraged, take a powerful step back.

How general do you have to become in order to appreciate the abundance, health, and success you’ve already manifested?   How far back do you have to go to remember that you are the attractor of everything you manifest?  And that you, alone, are in control of your point of attraction?

Most people point the powerful lens of their attention only on the specifics of what they’re already manifested.  But the real power of creation lies in focusing at the heart of what you desire.

Now, is focusing on what you desire harder to do when you’re surrounded by evidence that it hasn’t yet manifested?  Yes, of course, it is.  But this is truly where the rubber meets the road, and you gain confidence as a deliberate creator.

It all comes down to this:  Will you give present circumstances the power to lower your spiritual vibration?  Or will you stand firm that your spiritual vibration is more powerful than any circumstance.

Remembering your goal even when there is no evidence of its becoming is the hallmark of every great visionary.  And we can all take a note from their playbook:  When the going gets rough, focus generally, not on specifics.

Spiritual Vibration Tip #3: Remember that energy – not matter – is the source of everything you desire. And energy is limitless and abundant.

Money is one tangible, material expression of abundance. But abundance itself is immaterial and unlimited.  Abundance exists in plants, in ideas, in the air we breathe, and in the planet itself.  Abundance is an energy you can tap into. Likewise, for every material thing you desire, there is an energetic correlate that is always accessible to you.

What is the energetic correlate to the success you desire?  Is it creativity?  Momentum?  Inspiration?  All of these energies are a part of your spiritual vibration.  They are energies you can tap into, right here and right now.  And the more you do, the more success, abundance, wellbeing and everything else you desire will find its way to you.

Just as a rising tide lifts all boats, raising your spiritual vibration is the key to manifesting all of the things you desire.
