In this episode Christy, Rob and Fredrick discuss:
Defining what is difficult and what is not
How to be a self-empowered person?
Managing your emotions
You have the power to define and declare times as either difficult or not. You get to choose what is difficult for you, you get to define your life’s moments. Contrast will come, so we must feel what we have to feel but we must refocus ourselves to what’s right.
Self-empowerment is our ability to hold our own or to maintain our own vibration without depending on external sources to improve our mood or to make us happy.
Allow yourself to feel what you feel and don’t let other people’s emotions transfer over to you. Don’t give your power away to any external force or any person. Create boundaries, it’s either a hell yes or a hell no.
“Your ability to empower yourself has everything to do with how well you’re able to navigate during challenging times and how you define what is a challenging time.” – Christy Whitman
In this episode Christy and The Council of Light discuss:
Taking conscious action
Letting yourself get carried by energy
You are supported by light
Every step along the way requires you as a human to take some form of an action whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. When you live your life unconsciously, you aren’t stepping into your will and your power to take action.
All of the energy that you align with, that you focus on, that you joyfully expect, that you are in the having of, that you are filling up with love, that you are then surrendering – all of these steps are flowing energy and the energy like a vast moving stream will carry you along and it will tell you exactly what actions to take.
You are supported. You are not here by yourself. You have a team of energetic, angelic, masterful divine beings of light guiding you. Let yourself flow with that divine self, with the energy that goes out in front of you.
“One person taking action in alignment with light has so much more power, potential, and makes more of a difference than billions of people just running around like chickens with their heads cut off.” – The Council
Every great person in history came to a point where they had to surrender themselves to a vision that was bigger than themselves.
Sometimes what we think we want isn’t what we really want, but rather a projection of our unmet needs. Ask yourself, what is life itself seeking to express through you and how do you align with that deepest expression of your soul?
Stop trying to control everything in your life. Surrender your goal and desire to your highest good. Don’t be too attached to your goal that you end up not being able to be open to the flow of life. When you don’t surrender, you limit your own life.
“Surrendering is the most powerful thing you can do. Surrendering is the most courageous thing you can do. What if you didn’t get less but actually got more? More than what you can imagine.” – Kute Blackson
Get your energy moving, do whatever raises your vibration. Watch your words, they gain momentum. Practice gratitude, it’s the highest vibration in all of the universe.
Resistance is a conditioned response. We were all born into the world open to every possible expression of wellbeing, abundance, and joy – in direct communication with the unlimited energy of the universe.
Low level emotions exist to inform us that we are off-course, that we are not in alignment with the creation of our desires. The way out of resistance is acceptance. Slow down the momentum, then turn around.
“If you wanna attract different frequencies and experiences in your life, you must expand your capacity to receive – your allowing meter.” – Christy Whitman
Sit comfortably in a place that is quiet for you. Close your eyes and start breathing naturally – focus all your attention on your breath. Meditate for as long or as short as you want.
Meditation promotes better sleep, reduces stress and anxiety, improves symptoms of depression, relieves pain, boosts memory, sharpens focus, and supports cardiovascular health.
Meditation will help you get your mind off the past and into the present and put your attention into the energy you want rather than that of others.
“Meditation is all about training your attention to become one-pointed. For this reason, it will help you maintain your own focus and point of attraction regardless of what others around you are doing or feeling.” – Christy Whitman
